Content: Chat

Chat is displayed as a tab.

Thanks to this content, it is possible to chat with players present in the Lobby for public talks or privately with players in a specific game.

The Chat will automatically be disabled if the authenticated user is under COPPA.


When starting to use the Chat, you must call ChatContent.Reset(long? gameID = null) with (in game) or without (lobby) a game id.

Sending premade data

The Chat allows to send premade localized sentences and emojis. You can provide data specific to your game by referencing respectively a PremadeSentenceData and SmileyData scriptable objects.
